Can you teach an old dog new tricks?

This is the debate. Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Some will say no you can not and argue it is more difficult and the dog is set in its ways. Others might say of course you can! I believe you can teach any dog any trick with the right mind set. Most dogs are living in our homes with no actual job but they were bred to do many jobs. And while not all dogs are created equal and one dog may be able to do ALL the tricks, all dogs can learn most basic commands and a trick or two. Try it out, spend some time with your pup and give them a job! Its time they start paying rent!! LOL.
